About the Classes & Other Offerings
Beginner/Advanced Beginner Yoga
This class is structured to teach the students the basic poses and the correct execution of these poses. Vinyasa will be introduced as the students become familiar with the poses. Intermediate students may use these classes as a time to revisit and refine their poses.
Intermediate Yoga
This class is structured for students with a few months of yoga experience and a solid understanding of the basic poses.
Mixed Level Yoga
This class is structured to suit the needs of all students present in the class. It is recommended that students have had some yoga experience to join this class.
Pilates Mat Class
This class is based on the classical Pilates method. The focus is core work.
Private Classes
Private classes are offered for those who would like to work on specific issues and wish to deepen specific aspects of their practice. Private class are one hour in duration. The fee for a private class varies upon location. Contact Edna for specific details.
Corporate Yoga
Bring yoga into your workplace to help reduce your employees' levels of stress and increase productivity. Contact Edna for class rates.
Parties
Try something different for your child's birthday or for the next event you are planning. Yoga parties are a great way to entertain your guests.
General Information
- All yoga classes are 90 minutes, Pilates classes are 60 minutes.
- A single class is $20. A ten class card can be purchased for $165. There is no expiration for the ten class card.
- Classes are offered in Dix Hills and are limited to eight students so that each student receives the personal attention they need to achieve their highest potential.
- If there are no classes that fit into your schedule, please contact Edna. Classes are added based on students needs.
